1. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit secures your booking, when acknowledged by ourselves.
2. The balance is to be paid in full 45 days prior to your arrival.
3. Refund of deposit as follows:
90% if cancelled more than 60 days in advance.
50% if cancelled more than 45 days in advance.
.....No refund if cancelled less than 45 days in advance.
4. A Security Deposit consisting of a Credit Card swipe is required. This will be taken by our Agents on check-in. Upon departure your Maid Service
will verify an inventory and damage clearance, and any damage, other than reasonable wear & tear, will be charged. The client is responsible for any damages or breakages that may be caused during their stay. It is required that the property is left clean and tidy at the end of each rental.
5. No responsibility can be accepted by the property owners or their agents for any injury, loss or damage to the user, their visitors, or any belongings. The use of the property and its amenities is entirely at users risk. We require that childern must be supervised in the Pool area, for their own safety. No glass objects permitted in the pool area, including the Patio.
6. Travel insurance is advised for your stay, and is your own responsiblity.
